As of 1:50am Sunday, CL&P had just over 700,000 customers without power. That’s 56% of CL&P’s customer base. United Illuminating is reporting nearly 18,000 without power. It’s going to be a long night and long week going forward for those without power. Please check on family and friends to ensure everyone is safe and sound.

Snow continues to fall heavily across the state. Winds are extremely gusty near the shoreline. An updated accumulation map can be seen below.

Winter Storm Warnings are in effect for everyone except Southern New London county, where a Winter Weather Advisory is in effect.
